VA: My brother worked there and got me the job when he left.

VA: Scoop ice cream and make ice cream cakes

VA: Yes, started scooping ice cream and finished with making ice cream cakes
What did you take away from this job?
VA: Responsibility and 40 extra pounds LOL
If and how did your first job inspire you to pursue a career as a chef?
VA: It didn’t! I was always into food. I moved to Santa Barbara to go to college and started cooking for myself and just got completely captivated by it.
